Payment of your order will be done via Stripe. As a customer you have the opportunity to pay via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). Sensitive information such as card numbers is not stored by Woodiroo, it is only relayed to Stripe.
SHIPPING amp; DELIVERY
We send all our items with DHL. Our delivery times are around 2 weeks. If for some reason delivery is taking more time and no information has been posted on social media or our home page prior to your order, feel free to reach out to us: email@example.com with your order number. During holidays delivery may take longer time. Please make sure to verify your delivery address, Woodiroo does not take responsibility for any lost shipment if the customer has provided the wrong address.
DAMAGED GOODS OR LOST PACKAGES
If you encounter any damaged packages you are to immediately report this to your postal office and make a damage report. If the damage is not seen until opening of the package and the product is damaged in such a way that probable cause is due to the postal handling, you are to contact them and make a damage report. If you do not pick up your order and the order is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for return costs. Please make sure that you thoroughly check your contact information upon placing an order. We are not able to change any shipping information once an order has been dispatched.
RECLAIMS AND RETURNS
When your order is sent from us we withdraw the right to return the product because all products are being produced custom to the clients request. Therefore we have no way to sell the product to another customer. Returns will be approved for production errors or damages during transport. Client will be refunded for any potential return costs at an approved reclaim. We will refund the customer within 14 days in the case where the purchase is reclaimed on approved grounds such as production error or transport damage.
